Creating an account on Da Moxing (apidamoxing.com) or using the API means you accept these terms.

Services

We provide an OpenAI-compatible chat-completions API for a single hosted language model. Services are provided as-is; uptime is not guaranteed.

Your account

You are responsible for your API key and all its uses. If leaked, regenerate the key.

Acceptable use

You must be of legal age. You must not use the API for any illegal purpose in your jurisdiction, must not generate sexually explicit content involving minors, must not harass others, and must not attack systems you do not own. We may suspend keys used in these ways.

Billing

Usage is deducted from prepaid credit by token, at prices listed on the pricing page. Free trial credit expires 7 days after registration. Paid credit never expires.

Refunds

Credit is non-refundable. Credit is prepaid balance for the API. Once payment is added to your account, it is final and non-refundable.

Credit never expires, so you never lose what you pay for. Paid credit stays in your account until you use it, whether tomorrow or a year from now.

The only exception: if we cannot work for your account. If the API cannot work for your account and we cannot restore it, we will refund your unused prepaid credit to the wallet address you provided in writing, using the same stablecoin you used to pay.

Errors are always corrected. If you paid but credit did not appear, or a top-up was charged twice, send transaction details via the Support and we will fix it. This is not a refund request and has no time limit.

Free trial credit is free and intended for you to try the API. It is not refundable or exchangeable and expires 7 days after registration.

If you reside in the EU, EEA, or UK and purchase as a consumer, your statutory rights are not affected.

Independence

Da Moxing is an independent service. Names of other companies and products appearing on this site are used solely to describe compatibility or for comparison and belong to their respective owners.

We may update prices and these terms; the current version is always on this page.
